About the Project
At 11 Hoyt—Studio Gang’s sculptural, skyline-defining residential tower in Downtown Brooklyn—our team delivered high-performance exterior systems tailored to the building’s bold design. Scope included complete roof work, terrace waterproofing, and precision-installed paver systems, as well as stucco finishing to complement the tower’s signature scalloped façade. All work was executed to meet the project’s demanding architectural and durability standards.
