Leads and manages commercial and residential roofing projects from planning through completion, overseeing budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control. Ensures all work complies with safety standards and building codes while maintaining strong client communication and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Supports the Project Manager in coordinating all phases of exterior facade restoration projects, including scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and on-site supervision. Assists with preparing project documentation, ensuring compliance with NYC building codes and Local Law 11 (FISP), and maintaining communication between field teams, clients, and consultants to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Provides high-level administrative support to company executives, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting with project documentation. Acts as a liaison between leadership, clients, and field teams to ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency within a fast-paced construction environment.
