KNS' estimating Department

KNS has an 21,000 sq. ft. office and warehouse located in Middle Village, Queens. Built in 2008, KNS managed all the construction for its offices which include:

• Administrative Offices
• Drawing Department with CAD system/plotter
• Metal Shop
• Equipment Warehouse

KNS owns all its own scaffolding equipment as well as full-service roofing equipment, from 15 story pump kettles to roof-mounted hoists. The two principals are licensed riggers with 15 years of experience, and KNS prides itself on the highest standards of safety and security.

As suppliers of structural steel restoration work, our metal shop is equipped to handle any and all type of metal work.
